I don't know where to start from but if i close my eyes, put my hand on chest and ask, How i have been in 32 years? The answer is - Mostly happy, content, kind, useful and helpful to people.. I have almost zero regrets of whatsoever i have done, and 100% of forgiveness on whatsoever has happened to me [ Angry to something but no intent to retaliate ]. I would like to believe that i have made the most and the best out of my life. I am right now the best version of possibly who i could be with my flaws and strengths.

I come from a middle class family, like most of you do with enriched values, moral [ i am not sure if i kept it to the highest level always] and karma believer. I have spent all my childhood years in hostel, some years in village and rest all years away from home. I have lived a diverse life, have dozens of achievements that i am proud of and made the most of 24 hours along with keeping my regular night shift jobs. I have done my master in psychology and way up to PhD. I have written 4 self-help books, Completed 456 certifications, created 50+ psychology courses, counselled more than 10000+ people, Have spoken at 50+ events, founded 3 mental health organizations and recognized by United Nations as NGO representative
